Return & Refunds
This policy applies to products purchased from the website northernworkwear.com.au for delivery within Australia.
WHAT IS THE NWS RETURNS POLICY?
We will accept returns for exchange or refund, for change of mind on products purchased online within 30 days from date of receipt (unworn and in original packaging), special order products listed as non-returnable or embroidered goods cannot be returned unless faulty or approved by an authorised NWS staff member. Faulty goods in the manufactures warranty period can be returned and must be pre- arranged with an authorised staff member of NWS.
HOW CAN I REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND?
All Returns and Refunds must be arranged with an authorised NWS staff member. Requests can be made either by phone 03 9460 5811 or by email email@example.com. A return authorisation number will be provided. No returns will be accepted without the return authorisation number.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
NWS takes extreme care in ensuring our goods are of the highest quality. All our products have a manufactures warranty. Contact us with the date, product and issue and we can advise if the product is within the warranty period or if the issue is a warranty claim. In the event of non-determination of the issue we may at our digression to have the goods returned for assessment by the manufacture.
WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS WHEN I RETURN AN ITEM?
Whether your item was faulty or you've just changed your mind, NWS provides three returns options:
- Exchange for an alternate size/colour (subject to stock availability)
- Store Credit to your NWS online account (for customers with a NWS TRADE CARD member account)
- Refund to your original method of payment (e.g. Credit Card or PayPal)
On occasion, your requested replacement item may have sold out by the time your product is posted and received by NWS. If your replacement is not available, your online account or account with which you paid (e.g. credit card, PayPal) will be refunded.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE A REFUND?
Sometimes packages can take a little while to get back to us, so please allow up to 30 days for us to process your return from the time you send your gear. We'll be doing our best to refund/credit your account as soon as the package is in our hands.
CAN I RETURN AN ITEM TO THE RETAIL STORE?
Goods purchased from NWS Online can be returned to our retail store at 70 Mahony’s Rd. Thomastown. Vic 3074. A copy of the purchase receipt must be presented for all returns and exchanges.
WHAT WILL HAPPEN IF I RETURN AN ITEM PURCHASED WITH A GIFT VOUCHER?
If any product purchased with a Gift Voucher is returned for a refund, the refund amount will be automatically credited back to a voucher.
WHO GETS REFUNDED IF I RETURN A GIFT?
The refund will be credited to the original card or account used to purchase the gift.
HOW DO I CONTACT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM?
The Customer Service team operates on Monday to Friday (excluding National public holidays) from 8.30am until 5.00pm (Australian Eastern Standard/Daylight Savings Time).
